Our Story

We bring our love of the sweet art combining Louis's talent and creative mind combining the best of French Patisserie 'savoir faire' with New Zealand flurry of delicious ingredients. From our humble beginnings at market stalls around Wellington to Kapiti where we opened our first store.

Whether it’s a buttery Parisian croissant with our barrista coffee for morning tea or our signature 'Marie Antoinette cake' for a sweet treat in the afternoon, we’ve got it all.

Our cakes are made daily at our Paraparaumu kitchen by Chef Louis Sergeant and his team.
